QuickBooks Web Connector Setup

Step 1: Download QWC File

Download the QuickBooks Web Connector configuration file and add it to your Web Connector.

Step 2: Credentials

When adding the QWC file to QuickBooks Web Connector, use these credentials:

Username: qbwc_user
Password: qbwc_password

• QWC File: https://qb.sync/handler.php?action=qwc
• Initialize Database: https://qb.sync/handler.php?action=init_db

Configuration Notes

• Make sure your QuickBooks company file is open
• The Web Connector must be able to reach: https://qb.sync
• Check sync status in index.php
